SUV hits house near NW 50th and Meridian in NW OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A vehicle struck the side of a house in northwest Oklahoma City early Thursday morning, reports KOCO News 5.
The overnight crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the area of Northwest 50th Street and Meridian Avenue, which is southeast of Dolese Park and north of OK-66.
It’s not clear if anyone was home when an SUV crashed through a fence and hit a house in the Springfield neighborhood, but police say nobody sustained injuries in the collision.
Authorities have not yet identified the driver involved in the accident, and there’s no word yet if drugs or alcohol contributed to the cause of the wreck.
No charges have been filed thus far.
