Teenager killed in collision northwest of Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Oklahoma City police are investigating a head-on crash that killed a 16-year-old passenger and hospitalized two others Tuesday morning.
According to KFOR, the accident happened along Northwest 150th Street near the intersection with MacArthur Boulevard at about 4:30 a.m.
Officials believe the 17-year-old driver of a Mercedes was traveling at high speeds when they lost control of the vehicle and careened into an oncoming car. The passenger of the Mercedes was pronounced dead at the scene. Both drivers involved were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
