Three-vehicle crash at I-35 NB near SE 82nd in SE OKC kills 1

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A multi-vehicle collision along the interstate in southeast Oklahoma City killed one person early Monday, reports KOCO News 5.

The accident occurred just after 12:30 a.m. on the northbound side of I-35 near Southeast 82nd Street, which is just south of I-240 and southeast of the Walmart Supercenter.

Police haven’t shared any details regarding the circumstances of the crash except to say that three vehicles were involved. Both the cause of the crash and the manner of the crash impact remain under investigation.

Authorities will release the name of the victim once they have notified next of kin.

Drivers experienced delays along I-35 while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
