Two Drivers Died After Collision

A driver was killed and another was injured following a crash, an April 30 article of News 9 reported.

The incident happened after 6:00 AM, April 29, in Turner Turnpike. 41-year-old Wendi J. Wright and her 2014 Dodge Challenger were struck by 40-year-old Jesse O. Hardridge and her 2019 Nissan Frontier. Wright was pronounced dead, while Hardridge was sent to a nearby hospital to get treatment.
