Two killed in 119th Street overpass crash

A recent vehicular accident that happened in the southwest portion of Oklahoma City left two people dead and two others with injuries, News 9 reported on February 12.

Information coming from the Oklahoma Police revealed that a collision between two vehicles occurred under the overpass located at 119th Street and S. I-44. The injured people were transported to a nearby hospital, and one of them is believed to be critically injured. Though authorities confirmed the two fatalities and two injuries, they did not release the identities of the individuals involved. Traffic flow on 119th was momentarily rerouted while personnel removed debris from the crash scene. The incident remains under investigation to determine the factors that contributed to the fatal accident.
