An infant died after being born prematurely due to a crash, a March 6 article of Oklahoma’s News 4 reported.

The accident happened along Highway 66 at Sioux Avenue, on April 8, 2019. A 32-year-old woman was driving a 2019 Jeep Cherokee when she failed to yield while turning left. This caused a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze to collide with the Jeep. The driver and the passenger in the Cruze hospitalized. Police said the passenger was pregnant during that time. Unfortunately, this caused her baby to be born prematurely, dying on February 27 due to injuries from the crash.

The Oklahoma wrongful death attorneys at the Abel Law Firm express their deepest thoughts and condolences to the family and friends who are mourning the loss of their loved one.
