Two-vehicle crash at 71st St and S Evanston in Tulsa injures 1

TULSA, OK – One person went to the hospital after a crash involving two trucks at a busy intersection in south Tulsa, reports Fox 23.

The incident happened on Wednesday at 71st Street and South Evanston Avenue, which is south of the Southern Hills Country Club and north of Oral Roberts University.

Police say that a westbound truck struck the side of an eastbound truck while turning.

One person went to the hospital with non-critical injuries.

Photos taken at the scene indicate that one of the trucks involved may have flipped onto its side.
