The collision happened in the afternoon on OK-9A, or N South 351, just south of Maud in west-central Seminole County.

The investigation indicates that the victim’s northbound 2013 Hyundai entered the southbound lane of OK-9A and crashed into a 2013 Ford F150.

The driver of the Hyundai, identified as Jody Daniel, died at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the Ford, identified as 39-year-old Lisa Johnson, went to the hospital with head and trunk injuries.
