UPDATE: Alleged DUI driver causes head-on crash that kills Huskell woman

HUSKELL, OK – Impairment was a contributing factor that led to a head-on crash that killed 18-year-old Isabella Clay, a Huskell local, last weekend, KTUL update reveals.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 35-year-old man, identified as Levi Crawford, from Tulsa, was driving north on U.S. 64 when he went into the southbound lane and crashed into Clay’s Honda Civic.

Clay was pronounced dead at the scene. Crawford was injured and taken to a hospital.

Crawford was released from the hospital and was issued a warrant for first-degree manslaughter.

Crawford turned himself in to the Tulsa County Jail.
