Update: Police release name of fatal industrial accident victim

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to News on 6, officials have released the name of the man who died after falling into a silo at T.J. Campbell Construction Tuesday.
Robert Sweeney, 18, was cleaning the asphalt silo when he slipped and fell 25 ft into the silo. Inside the silo, temperatures can exceed 300 degrees.
OSHA is investigating the accident.
