BROKEN BOW, OK – A 32-year-old woman was charged for her involvement in a rear-end crash that killed a 43-year-old man local to Broken Bow on Sunday, KXII said.
This comes as an update in connection with a story we first reported on Tuesday. New information from the source reveals the woman, identified as Cheyenne Miller, also local to the area, was allegedly under the influence of drugs or alcohol when she crashed her pickup truck into the back of a car.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the car driver, 43-year-old Mark Baker, was turning from U.S. 70 onto Canoe Road when the crash occurred. He unfortunately died from his injuries.
New information also reveals Miller had a 7-year-old daughter with her inside her vehicle at the time of the crash. She was arrested and charged with manslaughter and child endangerment.
