Vehicle strikes, kills 3-year-old at Bradford Apartments on E 32nd St

TULSA, OK – A vehicle struck and fatally injured a three-year-old boy in the parking lot of an apartment complex in north Tulsa on Tuesday night, reports Fox 23 News.
Emergency teams responded to the Bradford Apartments at 550 East 32nd Street North around 8:45 p.m. This is just north of the Gilcrease Expressway.
Police say the boy was running across the parking lost when a southbound vehicle hit him, and he died at the scene. According to authorities, the vehicle was traveling at a reasonable speed of 25 to 30 miles per hour.
The driver attempted to stop but was allegedly threatened by bystanders. He ultimately left the scene but returned later to speak with police. Officials do not suspect intoxication at this point.
