Woman dead, Man injured in two-vehicle crash in Catoosa

CATOSSA, OK – A woman died and a man was injured in a two-vehicle crash that took place at the intersection of U.S. 412 and South 265th East Avenue on Sunday.
The crash happened before 4 p.m., KTUL reports. Preliminary details showed that a driver, named Charles Pratka, had crashed into another vehicle coming from South 265th Avenue.
Moments later, Charles’ passenger, 73-year-old Virginia Pratka, died from her injuries.
Charles was left with unspecified injuries, while the other driver was uninjured.
