Woman killed in pedestrian crash at Lake Hefner and NW 50th

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A woman was hospitalized on Tuesday after a vehicle struck her along a busy roadway in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to News 9, the incident happened in the afternoon on the southbound side of Lake Hefner Parkway near Northwest 50th Street, which is just south of INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center.
Police have not yet identified the person and vehicle that hit her, nor have they commented on whether the driver remained at the scene.
