Wrong-way collision on OK-29 near Elmore City kills 1, injures 2

GARVIN CO., OK – A wrong-way crash along the highway in Garvin County killed a 40-year-old woman and injured two others Monday, reports KXII 12.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. just east of Elmore City on OK-29.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a driver entered the wrong side of OK-29 and collided with a van.
The driver of the van died during air transport to an area hospital. Authorities identified her as Lacey Tyler.
Medics transported the 57-year-old wrong-way driver, identified as Jiao Huang, to the hospital in critical condition.
Finally, a 12-year-old girl from the van went to the hospital with leg injuries.
