Wrong-way crash on SH-32 kills 2 near Marietta

LOVE CO., OK – A 62-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man died Thursday night after their vehicles collided along a highway near Marietta, reports KXII.
The incident happened around 8:45 p.m. on SH-32 west of Marietta, which is not far from the Oklahoma and Texas border.
The investigation thus far indicates that the driver of an eastbound pickup truck lost control of her vehicle and veered into the westbound lane, where she collided head-on with a westbound pickup truck.
The second driver died at the scene of the crash. Authorities identified him as Gregory Parker.
Medics transported the first driver, identified as Billie Snyder, to a local hospital, where she died later from injuries sustained in the accident.
A 59-year-old passenger from the westbound pickup truck sustained non-critical injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
