Wrong-way crash on US-70 in central Bryan Co. kills 1, injures 1

BLUE, OK – A 32-year-old man died, and another man was seriously injured Monday in a crash involving two pickup trucks on the highway in Blue, reports KTEN 10.
The incident happened just before 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of US-70 and Robinson Road, which is just east of the Eagle Nest RV Park.
The investigation indicates that the victim, identified as David Bean, veered into oncoming traffic on the highway and collided head-on with another pickup truck. Officials pronounced him deceased at the scene of the accident.
Medics airlifted the 70-year-old driver of the second pickup truck to the hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
