1 arrested when car strikes home near NW 10th St and N May Ave

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Police have arrested the person that drove into a home in the Reed Park area of Oklahoma City on Monday morning, reports News 9.

The incident happened around midnight in the area of  Northwest 10th Street and North May Avenue, which is east of I-44 and north of I-40.

It’s not yet clear what led up to the crash, but police say the driver and a passenger fled the scene. Authorities located and arrested the driver later that day.

The crash caused significant damage to the house, but no injuries have been reported thus far.
