1 hospitalized in 2-vehicle crash at S Eastern Ave and I-240

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Injuries have been reported in connection to a major accident that happened early Monday in southeast Oklahoma City, reports News on 6.

The crash happened sometime before 6:45 a.m. on South Eastern Avenue near I-240, which is just south of the Valley Brook neighborhood.

Police haven’t shared any details regarding the circumstances of the collision except to say that two vehicles were involved and that medics transported one person to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident and the nature of the crash impact.

Drivers likely experienced significant delays in the area of the crash Monday morning while crews worked to clear the scene.
