1 hospitalized in crash on SW 59th St at May Ave

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Medics transported one person to the hospital Monday after a collision at a busy intersection in southwest Oklahoma City, reports News 9.
The incident happened sometime before 7:14 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 59th Street and May Avenue, which is between I-44 and the Hidden Trails Golf and Country Club.
Police have not shared many details regarding the crash but have indicated that one person sustained injuries.
Authorities diverted traffic in the area of the crash while crews investigated and cleared the scene.
