At least 1 injured in vehicle collision in Norman

NORMAN, OK – At least one person was injured in a vehicle collision in Norman on Monday, Koco 5 reports.

Police said the crash happened on State Highway 9 near 120th Avenue Southeast. Authorities blocked the highway’s westbound and eastbound lanes between 108th Avenue Southeast and East Imhoff Road, and the 120th Avenue Southeast northbound lanes to accommodate the on-scene clean-up process and investigation.

Police have reopened all lanes since.

Police have not specified the number of people and vehicles involved or whether anyone needed to go to the hospital.

A full investigation is underway.
