1 injured in car vs. bus crash on OK-88 near E 450 Rd

ROGERS CO., OK – One person was hurt Tuesday in a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus along the highway in central Rogers County, reports Fox 23 News.

Emergency teams reported to the area of OK-88 and East 450 Road shortly before 3:30 p.m. This is on the northwestern outskirts of Claremore, about 30 miles northeast of Tulsa.

Police say that the driver of a passenger vehicle sustained injuries when they rear-ended an Oologah-Talala Public Schools bus along the highway. It’s unclear if the driver required hospitalization.

Neither the bus driver, nor the students on the bus were hurt in the collision.

A full investigation is underway.
