1 killed, 1 injured in 2-vehicle crash at US-183 and E 860 Rd

CUSTER CO., OK – A 36-year-old man sustained fatal injuries late last month in a major collision along the highway in central Custer County, reports abc 7 News.

The accident happened shortly after midnight on Christmas Eve, near the intersection of US-183 and E 860 Road, which is between Putnam and Arapaho.

Police haven’t shared may details about the crash. They say two vehicles were involved and that one of the drivers, identified as Eric Soto of Guymon, died at the scene.

Medics transported the second driver, a 44-year-old woman from Elk City, to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
