2 Goldsby firefighters killed in fire truck rollover collision

GOLDSBY, OK – Two Goldsby firefighters’ lives were claimed in a fire truck rollover collision that happened off East Redbud Road and Southeast 12th Avenue on Thursday.
The incident unfolded when the two firefighters were on their way to the scene of a structure fire. One of the drivers, who operated a fire tanker truck, overcorrected, which caused it to overturn, according to News9.
The two men died from their injuries at the scene. They were identified as 64-year-old Bryan Jenkins and 62-year-old Todd Pendleton.
Jenkins was a firefighter for 35 years, and Pendleton for 12 years.
No one else was injured.
