2 hurt, 3 arrested in crash involving stolen car at NW Expy and Wedgewood

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Two people were hurt, and three others were arrested Monday after a crash in northwest Oklahoma City, reports News 9.

The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. in the area of Northwest Expressway and Wedgewood Circle, which is west of TX-74 and south of Lake Hefner.

Police say they were pursuing a stolen vehicle carrying three people when the the driver lost control and struck a second vehicle.

Authorities arrested all three occupants of the stolen vehicle at the scene.

Two people in the other vehicle sustained minor injuries; it’s unclear if they required hospitalization.

A full investigation is underway.
