2 sent to hospital after wrong-way crash in NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Two people were injured Wednesday afternoon due to a wrong-way collision in the Lakeview neighborhood of northwest Oklahoma City, according to News9.
Oklahoma Police and first responders were called to the scene in the area of the Northwest Expressway (Oklahoma Highway 3) and Meridian Avenue.
Few details have been shared, but authorities indicated a wrong-way driver caused the wreck.
Two people suffered minor injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital.
At this time, no pending charges or citations have been reported.
