2-vehicle crash at Skeleton and Garland near Enid kills 1

ENID, OK – A collision involving a pickup truck and a sedan killed a 43-year-old man early Thursday evening at a Garfield County intersection, reports Enid News & Eagle.
The accident happened around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of West Skeleton Road and South Garland Road on the southern outskirts of Enid.
Police say that a northbound 2009 Nissan Titan failed to yield right-of-way and crashed into a westbound 2005 Ford Taurus.
The driver of the Ford, identified as Paul Leisher, died after transport to a local hospital. Authorities have confirmed that Leisher was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
The teen driver of the Nissan did not sustain injuries in the collision.
