2-vehicle crash kills 1, injures 4 near El Reno

CANADIAN CO., OK – A 25-year-old woman died, and four people were hurt after a crash involving two vehicles in central Canadian County on Tuesday, reports KFOR News.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. on Highway 81 near E0950 Road, or 164th Street Northeast, which is just north of El Reno.
Police say the collision involved a 2004 Nissan 350Z and a 2004 Jeep Liberty.
The victim in the crash was a passenger in the Nissan. Officials have not yet released her identity to the public. They say she died at the scene of the collision.
Medics airlifted the 27-year-old male driver of the Nissan the hospital with critical injuries.
The Jeep carried a total of four occupants, including a 12-year-old girl. Of the four people, three were hospitalized. One of the passengers sustained serious injuries.
A full investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
