2-vehicle crash on OK-351 near MM 17 kills 2, injures 1

WAGONER CO., OK – Two people died, and one person sustained injuries Monday in a two-vehicle collision along Muskogee Turnpike in south-central Wagoner County, reports News Channel 8.
The accident happened shortly before 4:30 a.m. near mile marker 17, which is near Coweta and about 30 miles southeast of Tulsa.
Police say the wreck involved a 2013 Ford Fusion and one other vehicle. There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the crash or the manner in which the two vehicles impacted.
Two passengers from the Ford died at the scene. Authorities identified them as Baylor Butler, 31, and Stevie Carter, 26.
The driver of the Ford was admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
The second driver did not sustain injuries in the accident.
