ENID, OK – A woman died Wednesday in Enid in an apparent wrong-way collision with both an 18-wheeler and a sedan, reports Enid News & Eagle.
The incident happened around noon in the area of 2700 East Willow Road, which is just west of Halliburton and south of the Human Services Department in Enid.
The investigation indicates that an eastbound 2008 Dodge 1500 pickup truck driven by 38-year-old Jordana Yvette Fuselier collided with a westbound 18-wheeler. The eastbound pickup truck then struck a westbound 2014 Dodge Avenger.
The force of the second collision caused the pickup truck to overturn, at which point Fuselier was thrown from the vehicle. She died from her injuries after transport to St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
Neither the driver of the semi nor the driver of the Avenger sustained injuries in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
