At least 1 injured in wreck on Lake Hefner Pkwy near NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — Emergency crews responded to an injury crash Thursday evening on Lake Hefner Parkway in northwest Oklahoma City, according to TTN Oklahoma City.
The accident happened on the northbound parkway, south of West Britton Road, in the city’s Lakehurst neighborhood. It was first reported by EMSA-PulsePoint at 5:40 p.m.
Authorities have not disclosed the circumstances of the wreck or details on the vehicles involved, but traffic was backed up to 63rd Street at the time of the initial report.
