Motorcyclist hit by vehicle after crash on 29th St in SW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — A man was injured Sunday evening when he was hit by a vehicle after a motorcycle accident in southwest Oklahoma City, reports KOCO.
The wreck occurred on Southwest 29th Street near Villa Avenue, in the city’s Jackson neighborhood, shortly before 8:00 p.m.
Few details have been released, but Oklahoma City Police said the victim was riding a motorcycle on the road, when, for reasons still unknown, he lost control and crashed. Moments later, the rider was hit by another vehicle.
Medics rushed the rider to an area hospital with injuries considered non-life-threatening.
No information on the other driver has been shared.
A section of the road was blocked off for about 30 minutes. By 8:30 p.m., police and crews had cleared the scene.
