1 killed, child and 2 others injured in Kingfisher County collision

KINGFISHER COUNTY, OK — One person died Thursday morning after a crash that hurt three others, including a child, in northwest Kingfisher, reports News9.
The fatal accident occurred at the intersection of N2800 Road and E 0760 Road (Lemon Road), at about 7:30 a.m.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a driver in one vehicle ran a stop sign, causing their vehicle to collide with another vehicle in the intersection. The impact of the crash caused the second vehicle to flip once and eject the driver before coming to rest in a ditch.
A 44-year-old victim died from their injuries at the scene, confirmed the OHP.
A 5-year-old child suffered critical injuries and was rushed to a local hospital. Two other passengers were transported to the hospital with undisclosed injuries, but have since been released.
