2-vehicle head-on crash kills 4 on SH-48 in Pawnee Co.

PAWNEE CO., OK – Four people died on Friday when two vehicles collided head-on along a busy roadway in southeast Pawnee County, reports Fox 23 News.
The incident happened around 10 p.m. on State Highway 48, just northwest of Pawnee Cove Recreation Area.
The investigation indicates that a southbound Ram truck veered into the northbound lane and crashed into a southbound Ford Taurus.
The 21-year-old driver of the truck, identified as RaeAnn Crank, died at the scene of the accident, as did her 17-year-old passenger.
The 42-year-old driver of the Taurus and his 30-year-old passenger also died at the scene. Authorities identified them as Scott Kelley from Tulsa and Lacey Carlson, also of Tulsa.
A full investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
