3-vehicle west Tulsa collision on I-44WB kills 1, injures 2

TULSA, OK – A 56-year-old woman died Monday after three vehicles collided along the interstate in central Tulsa County, reports Fox 23 News.
The incident happened in the afternoon on the westbound side of I-44 near South Union Avenue, which is just northwest of Turkey Mountain Park.
Police have not yet disclosed the cause of the crash. They say that three vehicles total were involved.
One person died in the collision. Authorities have identified her as Denise Pierce.
Two other people went to the hospital with non-critical injuries. A third person did not sustain injuries in the crash.
A full investigation is underway.
