Ambulance called to scene of sand truck rollover in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Emergency crews responded to the scene of a rollover crash involving a sand truck on Wednesday in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to KOCO News 5, the incident happened just before 6 a.m. on the northbound side of the Kilpatrick Turnpike near West Britton Road, which is just northwest of the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge.
Police have not yet commented on what might have caused the sand truck to overturn. An ambulance reported to the scene, but officials say there were no injuries associated with incident.
Authorities closed all lanes on the northbound side of the turnpike in the area of the collision while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
