Fatality reported in Wednesday’s 2-vehicle crash in Bluff Creek

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Police have confirmed that one of the four people injured in a 2-vehicle collision at a busy northwest Oklahoma City intersection has died.
According to KFOR News 4, the incident happened Wednesday afternoon in the area of West Hefner Road and North Meridian Avenue.
The investigation indicates that two mini-vans collided head-on along the roadway, fatally injuring one person. Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
Medics transported three other people to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Police say that both vehicles sustained significant front-end damage.
The investigation is ongoing.
