ATV crash on West 730 Rd near Shady Grove injures 1

CHEROKEE CO., OK – A 27-year-old man went to the hospital Monday after a solo ATV crash in rural Cherokee County, reports KTUL News 8.
The incident happened around 8 p.m. along West 730 Road near Shady Grove. This is northwest of Tahlequah and about 60 miles southeast of Tulsa.
Police say the victim lost control of his 2012 Yamaha Grizzly while speeding, causing the vehicle to overturn.
Medics airlifted the driver of the ATV, identified as Cody Spencer, to a Tulsa hospital.
A full investigation is underway.
