Solo motorcycle crash at E 81st and 305th kills 59-year-old

BROKEN ARROW, OK – A man died Tuesday night in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident on the east side of Tulsa, reports Fox 23.

The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. near the intersection of East 81st Street South and 305th East Avenue. This is about 14 miles southeast of Tulsa.

Authorities haven’t yet disclosed what caused the motorcycle to crash.

The motorcyclist, identified as 59-year-old Courtland Hughes, died after transport to a local hospital.

A full investigation is underway. We’ll post updates if we learn more about what happened.
