Head-on crash along OK-66 near Kellyville kills 1, injures 1

CREEK CO., OK – A wrong-way collision along the highway in east-central Creek County killed one woman and injured another on Tuesday, reports Fox 23.
The accident happened just after midnight on OK-66 near West 161st Street South, just southwest of Kellyville and about 23 miles southwest of Tulsa.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a northbound vehicle entered the southbound lane of the highway and collided head-on with a southbound vehicle. After the crash, the northbound vehicle left the roadway and overturned.
The wrong-way driver, identified as 30-year-old Joslynn Swan, died at the scene of the accident.
Medics transported the other driver, a 49-year-old woman, to the hospital with head injuries of unknown severity.
A full investigation is underway.
