2-vehicle crash near SW 59th St and S Walker Ave kills motorcyclist

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A two-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in south-central Oklahoma City killed a man in his 30s on Wednesday evening, reports KOCO News 5.
The accident happened around 6 p.m. at Southwest 59th Street and South Walker Avenue, which is north of I-240 and west of I-35.
Police say that the driver of an SUV failed to yield right-of-way when exiting a parking lot and struck a motorcyclist, whom authorities pronounced deceased at the scene. They’ve not yet released the name of the victim.
No other injuries have been referenced in connection to the accident.
The driver of the SUV remained at the scene to render aid and speak with police.
