Major crash on OK-33 west of Country Club Rd kills 1

PAYNE CO., OK – A fatality has been reported in connection to a major accident that happened Tuesday along Highway 33 in southwest Payne County.

According to KOCO News 5, the collision occurred in the afternoon just west of Country Club Road. This is north of Goodnight and southwest of Stillwater.

Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the cause of the wreck, the number of vehicles involved, or the nature of the crash impact.

Authorities are waiting to disclose the name of the victim until they’ve notified next-of-kin.
