Amazon truck crashes along 1-35 SB near NE 27th in Moore

MOORE, OK – Crews reported to an accident involving an Amazon semi-truck along the interstate in central Moore on Wednesday morning, reports KOCO News 5.

The crash occurred sometime before 8 a.m. on the southbound side of I-35 near Northeast 27th Street. This is just northeast of Kelley Elementary School.

Police say that slick roadways likely caused the 18-wheeler to leave the roadway and crash.

No other vehicles were involved in the wreck, and no injuries have been reported thus far.

Officials closed the southbound side of the interstate while teams worked to haul away the semi.

A full investigation is underway.
