1 killed in multi-vehicle crash involving semi near Tuttle

GRADY CO., OK – A 75-year-old man sustained fatal injuries Saturday in a three-vehicle collision in northeast Grady County, reports KSWO 7 and News 9.
The accident occurred shortly before 11 a.m. near the intersection of South Mustang Road and County Road 1210, which is between Tuttle and Bridge Creek and about 27 miles southwest of Oklahoma City.
Police say that a vehicle entered oncoming traffic while attempting to pass an 18-wheeler and collided head-on with a third vehicle.
A driver of one of the passenger vehicles, identified as Frank Kuykendall, died after transport to an area hospital.
Medics transported several others to area hospitals with injuries of unknown severity.
