Fatality reported in wrong-way crash at Ann Arbor, Reno

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person died Wednesday in a head-on collision at a busy intersection in west-central Oklahoma City, reports News 9.
The accident happened in the morning at the intersection of North Ann Arbor Avenue and West Reno Avenue, which is north of I-40 and south of Heartland Baptist Bible College.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a northbound vehicle entered the southbound side of Ann Arbor and collided head on with a southbound 18-wheeler.
The wrong-way driver succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.
There’s no word yet regarding additional injuries.
