1 hospitalized after truck-school bus crash in Taft

TAFT, OK – One person was hospitalized after a crash between a heavy-duty pickup truck and a Muskogee High School bus on Friday, KTUL reports.
The school bus driver was transporting the high school’s football team and coach(es) to a football game in Putnam City. Along the way, the bus collided with a heavy-duty pickup truck.
The force of the collision left the truck driver with unspecified injuries, and they were sent to the emergency room for treatment. The school bus occupants appeared to have been uninjured.
The crash happened in the area of OK 16 and 124th Street West. While no lane closures were reported, traffic delays lingered as a result of the crash.
