Woman, 21, loses life in head-on collision in Okfuskee Co.

OKFUSKEE COUNTY, MO – A 21-year-old woman from Oklahoma City died after a head-on collision on Sunday.

The crash happened around 10 p.m. off westbound Interstate 40, according to OKCFOX. Preliminary details show two vehicles were driving west on Interstate 40 when one of them drifted out of its lane, crashed into a guardrail, and came to rest in a westbound lane, facing east.

Another westbound vehicle then struck the vehicle that crashed into the guardrail.

One passenger, identified as Thi Phan, from Oklahoma City, unfortunately died from her injuries.
