At least 1 person hurt in crash at I-44 NB and NW 23rd St in NW OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person sustained injuries Monday morning in collision along the interstate in the Linwood Place area of northwest Oklahoma City, reports TTN Oklahoma City.

Police responded to the accident sometime before 9 a.m. on the northbound side of I-44 near Northwest 23rd Street, which is just southwest of the 23rd Street Antique Mall.
Officials haven’t yet shared any details about the cause of the collision or the number of vehicles involved. There’s also no word yet on the severity of injuries sustained in the crash.
The accident blocked the outside shoulder on I-44 northbound while crews investigated and cleared the scene.
