Chain-reaction crash at E 91st and Garnett kills 1, injures 1

BROKEN ARROW, OK – A woman died Tuesday from injuries sustained in a four-vehicle collision at a busy intersection on the west side of Broken Arrow, reports Fox 23 News. 

The accident happened around noon at East 91st Street and South Garnett Road, which is just west of Jackson Park and east of US-64.

Please say that a rear-end collision on the southbound side of Garnett caused two other vehicles to crash.

An unrestrained passenger from the first vehicle died after transport to an area hospital. Authorities haven’t yet released her identity.

The driver of the first vehicle went to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
