Man, 69, killed in motorcycle-vehicle collision in Tulsa

TULSA, OK – A 69-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle-vehicle collision in Tulsa on Interstate 44 on Sunday, OKCFOX said.

Preliminary details show that a driver of a vehicle, who was traveling east, slowed down to allow a fire truck, with activated lights and sirens, to get onto the freeway and into their lane and was rear-ended by a motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, 69-year-old Steven Fennell, fell off his bike and ultimately died from his injuries.

Police noted that Fennell did not know the vehicle in front of him was slowing down and have not announced citations for the driver.
